Ensuring the optimal waterproof performance of ADULT POLYester RAINCOAT is one of the core tasks of our manufacturer in the production process. To achieve this goal, we have taken multiple key measures.
We carefully select high-quality polyester fabric as the substrate. Polyester fabric itself has excellent wrinkle resistance and wear resistance, but to ensure its waterproof performance, we apply a special waterproof coating on the surface of the fabric. This layer of coating is usually made of polymer materials such as polyurethane (PU) or polyvinyl chloride (PVC), which are uniformly covered on the surface of the fabric through advanced coating technology, forming a dense waterproof barrier. This step is crucial as it directly affects the waterproof effect and service life of the raincoat.
During the coating process, we strictly control the thickness and uniformity of the coating. A thick coating may cause the raincoat to become stiff and impermeable, while a thin coating may not effectively block rainwater infiltration. Therefore, we use precise coating equipment and strict process control to ensure that the coating of each raincoat reaches the optimal state.
In addition, we also pay attention to the seam treatment of raincoats. The seams are the most prone to water leakage in raincoats, so we use high-strength waterproof adhesive strips to seal the seams. This type of adhesive tape has good elasticity and weather resistance, ensuring that the joint can maintain waterproof performance even after long-term use.
We will conduct strict quality inspections on finished raincoats. By simulating rainy weather conditions for water testing, we can intuitively evaluate whether the waterproof performance of raincoats meets the standards. We will promptly rectify and optimize any issues found during testing to ensure that every ADULT POLYester RAINCOAT shipped from the factory can achieve the best waterproof effect.
